Each user may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all accounts will be cancelled and any accumulated bonuses will be forfeited. Information provided at registration must be accurate, complete and current.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

3. Deposits and Withdrawals
3.1 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount on jw7 live is ৳200. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. For bank transfers, major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank can be used.
Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in the user's own name. Deposits made through a third party are not permitted and such transactions will be cancelled.
3.2 Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. The standard processing time for withdrawals is 5–30 minutes. The withdrawal method must match the deposit method — meaning if a deposit was made via bKash, the withdrawal must also be made via bKash.
KYC verification on the account must be completed before making a withdrawal. Withdrawals will be held if active bonus wagering requirements have not been met. Any unusual or suspicious withdrawal request may be held for additional verification.
3.3 Transaction Records

4. Bonuses and Promotions
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New users will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount.
For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 adds a bonus of ৳1,200, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. To withdraw the bonus, wagering of ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000 must be completed.
4.2 Other Bonuses
jw7 live regularly offers various promotions. Each bonus has specific terms:
- Weekly jw7 live Reward: 30% of qualifying deposits, up to ৳5,000, wagering 18x, once per week.
- jw7 live Slot Festival: 50% of deposit, up to ৳8,000, wagering 25x, once per day on slot games.
- Cricket Victory Bonus: 40% of deposit, up to ৳6,000, wagering 20x, once per qualifying transaction.
- Birthday Special Gift: up to ৳1,500, wagering 10x, once in the registered birthday month.
- Refer a Friend Bonus: up to ৳2,000, wagering 12x, for each successful referral.
4.3 General Bonus Rules
- Bonuses may only be used for gaming purposes.
- Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before wagering requirements are met.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless separately stated.

5. Gaming Rules

Example: if a Silver tier member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 cashback.
6.3 Changes to VIP Benefits
jw7 live reserves the right to change the benefits, cashback rates or tier criteria of the VIP programme. Users will be notified in a timely manner before changes take effect.
7. Account Suspension and Closure

jw7 live may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:
- Registration with false or incomplete information.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Misuse of bonuses or promotions.
- Fraud, hacking or deceptive activity.
- Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions.
- Participation in collaborative betting or match fixing.
7.2 Account Closure Request by the User
A user may request to close their account at any time. Any active balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed; bonuses with unfulfilled wagering requirements will be cancelled.
7.3 Self-Exclusion
